THE story of a giraffe pining for the chance to dance is the latest book to feature at an upcoming 'Story Time' session.

Newton Abbot Library are inviting those with young children to join them on Saturday, April 8, for a reading of the beloved children's book, 'Giraffes Can't Dance.'

The session, which is free and will begin at 10.30am, will be followed by a dance session and then youngsters can have a go at some themed colouring sheets.

A spokesman for Newton Abbot Library said: 'Story Time is free and no booking is necessary, but any donations towards our charity, Libraries Unlimited, are gratefully received!'
