STEP inside Clutterbuck’s Curiosities and join Henry and The Musicians of Bremen on an exciting new adventure at Pavilions Teignmouth this weekend courtesy of Sea Legs Puppet Theatre
Henry Clutterbuck loves nothing more than making up stories with the things that people bring into his shop, and somebody leaves him a suitcase full of old musical instruments and equipment his imagination is stirred.
A ukulele, tambourine, microphone and an old toy saxophone are transformed into Brothers Grimm’s famous characters; Donkey, Dog, Cat and Cockerel as they run away to Bremen Town to become musicians.
But beware – a pair of dangerous robbers are on the loose. Can the four make it to Bremen without running into trouble?
So begins the greatest escapade of their lives in this classic fairytale of friendship and courage.
The show, at 2pm on Saturday October 5, is suitable for children aged from three to ten and their families. For ticket details see www.pavilionsteignmouth.org.uk.
