A NEWTON Abbot man accused of driving while unfit through drugs in Liverton has had his case adjourned.
Kyle Monaghan, aged 34, of Buttercup Way, denied the charge at South and West Devon Magistrates' Court
He also denied a charge of failing to provide a specimen of urine when asked to do so for a lab test after he was suspected of committing a driving offence.
Monaghan also denied a charge of failing to co-operate with a request to take a saliva test on November 16 of last year in Liverton.
He was remanded on unconditional bail until April 27 for a case management hearing.
