A DRINK-drive charge against a Kingsteignton woman has been dismissed.

Joanne Scammell, of Fouracre Way, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while over the limit. No evidence was offered and South and West Devon Magistrates' Court dismissed the case.

The court ruled the defendant's costs, including an amount in respect of legal costs, should be paid from central funds.
