AN East Ogwell man has denied drink-driving.

James Walker, aged 41, of St Bartholomews Road, East Ogwell, Newton Abbot, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while over the drink-drive limit in St Bartholomews Road. It is alleged that tests revealed he had 324 milligrames of alcohol in 100 mls of blood. The limit is 80 milligrammes.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to October 13 for a trial.
