CROWDS turned out to mark Armed Forces day in Dawlish. 

The Royal British Legion Dawlish branch and Dawlish Town Council organised the annual event and the parade through the town from the Manor House to the Lawn. 

Led by the South West Comms Band, the event was attended by the Deputy Lieutenant of Devon, Commodore Jake Moores OBE Royal Navy.

Also in attendance was the RBL county chairman Yasmin Gibbins who led the parade and Lieutenant Commander Tom Elliott, retired, who took the role of parade marshal.
