ALL eyes are on the new arrivals in Dawlish.

The latest clutch of Black Swan eggs have started to hatch.

The first appeared early today and three of her siblings are beginning to peck their way out of their shells as well.

There are six eggs on the latest nest on which mother swan Kimba and dad Bert have made in rushes alongside the Brook.

Dawlish Waterfowl Wardens say they are ‘very excited’.

They said: ‘We love how enthusiastic everyone is but please be mindful during this time and give Kimba, the mum, and her babies breathing space and privacy.

‘Also Bert is being very aggressive with the other ducks that swim too close to the nest so please keep your distance.’
