A MAN has admitted he failed to comply with an order over the removal of waste from a field at Daccombe.

Vitor Manuel Abranches Da Silva, 54, of Barton Road, Torquay, faces a complaint by the Environment Agency to enforce an order as he failed to supply written receipts or waste transfer notes for waste that waordered to be removed from a field at Downaway Lane and St Marychurch Road, Daccombe, Newton Abbot.

The case was adjourned to August 31 at Plymouth District Magistrates’ Court.
