TWO Teignmouth Community Award winners were belatedly presented with their certificates by
town mayor, Cllr Iain Palmer.
David Leyland volunteers at many local organisations around the community working tirelessly to help as many people as he can.
He is proud to have been nominated by Teignmouth Baptist Church, but to also wear his U3A hat.

Jennay Murray has been tirelessly raising funds for many overseas charities, holding cake sales for funds to go to the local ShelterBox for the Turkey and Syria earthquake appeal as well as packing and collecting boxes for the Operation Christmas Child shoe box appeal.
Jennay was nominated by Cllr Robert Phipps.
Cllr Palmer said: ‘Both David and Jennay are well deserved recipients for these certificates.’
