A LITTLE town it may be, but it has a big heart! That's the line from organisers of an upcoming event set to celebrate everything Chudleigh has to offer.

Celebrate Chudleigh, which is set to take place on Saturday, April 29, will acknowledge everything that Chudleigh has to offer.

Hosted at Chudleigh Town Hall from 10am until 10pm, the event is for those who are new to Chudleigh and for those long-time residents alike.

Throughout the day there will be several activities, including but not limited to singing, boxercise and treasuring hunting, exhibitions from local businesses and charities, live music and much more besides.

A spokesman for Chudleigh Town Council said: 'After three years of near-isolation, many of us have got out of the habit of going out and about.

'This day is a reminder to all of us of the great community we live in. '
