A PROPERTY in Kingskerswell has been shut for three months after persistent antisocial behaviour (ASB) was reported to the police.
Violence, concerns around drug use and supply and general disorder, as well as build up of rubbish at the property, were also among the reasons behind the closure.
Devon and Cornwall Police were able to secure a full closure order, the aim of which is to prevent ASB and crime from taking place at the location.
‘The people affected by these orders have been signposted to partner agencies and supportive intervention provided to ensure future safeguarding and crime prevention’ a spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said.
‘Thank you to those within the local area for your support in this’ the spokesperson added.
