The Alice Cross Centre is holding a Christmas Craft Market on Saturday, November 19, from 10am to 2.30pm.
‘We really wanted to support our local artisans and craft makers and it is the perfect opportunity to buy affordable and unique Christmas gifts that you won’t find in the shops,’ says Jackie O’Brien, general manager.
Alongside a variety of stalls selling jewellery, candles, toiletries, personalised gifts, handmade toys and wooden decorations, amongst others, there will be a Teddy Tombola and The Alice Community Cafe will be selling festive food and drinks.
‘It will be a great way to get into the Christmas Spirit and start feeling festive.’ says Dave Cook, Chef, who will prepare tasty food across breakfast and lunch.
There will be Mulled Wine and Apple on sale, plus cakes, mince pies and other goodies and activities to keep the children happy.
‘We hope to see you there.’
