THE CHANNEL 4 show Location, Location, Location, is making its way down to Teignmouth and other areas in Teignbridge next month, and is looking for participants in the local area. 

Running for 38 seasons, the reality show follows presenters Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer go about trying to find the perfect home for a different set of buyers each week, keeping all their requirements and desires in mind.

A producer of the show stated: ‘Location, Location, Location is looking for house-hunters in Teignmouth and the surrounding area for the new series.

‘Whether you’re a first-time buyer; looking for your next home; downsizing; or relocating - whatever the reason you’re moving, we’d love to hear from you.
