A COMMUNITY-RUN open air swimming pool is gearing up to host the first of several clean-up sessions ahead of its opening in late May.
Chagford Swimming Pool, a river-fed, UV cleaned and low chlorine poo will be hosting the first of a series of 'work parties' beginning Saturday, April 1.
The sessions will continue every Saturday thereafter, although it should be noted that no worries party will take place on
A spokesman for Chagford Swimming Pool said: 'If you can, please bring outdoor brooms, shovels, cleaning equipment, protective gloves, and wear old clothes.
'We will provide tea, coffee and nibbles, although "nibbly" donations are always welcome!
'Supervised hard working children (age 10 and above) are welcome too.'
