GOLD Commonwealth and Olympic silver medallist Sharron Davies was in Chudleigh today (Feb 15th) to offically open Haulfryn Finlake’s new water park, gym and leisure facilities.

The swimming star cut the ribbon of the multi-million pound complex with Haulfryn Finlake CEO Bobby McGhee and was given a tour of the new leisure site.

Said Sharron said: “It is fantastic to see the investment in swimming and leisure facilities here that can be enjoyed by the whole family."

"Swimming has so many benefits for people of all ages, and Haulfryn obviously recognise the importance of investing in these facilities to encourage more people to use them.”
