A CHANCE to pick up some nearly new books for cheap is coming to Newton Abbot.

Newton Abbot Library will be hosting a book sale on Saturday, March 25.

From 9am until 3pm, book-worms can thumb through the offerings and pick out whatever tickles their fancy.

The prices are as follows: £3 for hardbacks; £2 for paperbacks; £2 for children's fiction books and finally £1 for children's picture books.

All proceeds will be re-invested into Libraries Unlimited, the charity which runs the library.
