ONE pupil from Bishopsteignton Primary School was left devastated after he missed out on this year’s school starter picture.

Four-year-old Lucien Woodhall-Cooper broke his leg in a freak accident at a soft play centre and is in a cast for six weeks.

Lucien’s dad, Karl, explained it would mean the absolute world to his son if he could have his picture taken just like the rest of the class.
