A CHUDLEIGH man has been banned for 42 days for failing to pass on information to the police.

Nicholas Gordon Stansbury, aged 58, of St Mary’s Close, pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to provide police with information about the driver of a Citroen Relay who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court banned him and fined him £923. He must also pay Crown Prosecution costs of £90 and £92 to fund victim services.
