OFFICERS investigating a report of a collision on the B3344 at Bovey Tracey are appealing for witnesses.

The incident was reported to have occurred at around 9.25pm on Saturday 9 September and involved a motorbike.

The rider, a man in his 40s, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital.

The circumstances are being investigated by the Roads Policing Team and officers believe there may have been others travelling in the area who may have information which could assist our enquiries.
