A NEWTON Abbot woman has been accused of dumping rubbish in Sainsbury’s car park.

Colleen Cooper, of Queensway, Newton Abbot, is charged with leaving controlled waste, two black bin bags and a recycle box containing assorted waste, in or on Sainsbury's car park.

The case has been adjourned by South and West Devon Magistrates' Court to September 25.
