Four fire crews tackled a blazing agricultural building in Cheriton Bishop over the weekend.
The 16m by 40m wooden structure was 80 per cent damaged in the fire near Four Cross Ways on Saturday night.
The alarm was raised juts after 8pm.
Crews from Chagford, Moretonhampstead and Exeter responded to the 999 shout.
A quantity of gas bottles were being stored in the structure, but they were not affected by the flames.
Two 45mm jets were used to douse the fire which, it’s believed, started accidentally.
A fire spokesman said a vehicle in the building, was severely damaged.
Specialist lighting gear was used to tackle the incident.
