Emergency services are attending a major incident in Bovey Tracey this afternoon.
Up to five fire engines, two South West Ambulance Service incident response vehicles as well as multiple police units have been reported at the scene of an industrial accident at a Dartmoor National Park works depot in St John's Lane, Bovey Tracey.
Reports say a skip lorry was involved with one person seriously injured.
A team of detectives and forensic team have been seen on site.A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: 'Police were notified at around 1.30pm today following reports of a possible industrial incident involving a man on St John’s Lane in Bovey Tracey.'Ambulance and fire services were informed and are in attendance.'The Health and Safety Executive have been informed A scene guard remains in place and enquires are ongoing.'
