BUCKFASTLEIGH firefighters extinguished a car blaze in Diptford at the weekend.

The vehicle was badly damaged in the fire which happened at Bradbridge Crossroads, Diptford, on Saturday at 7am.

Two hoses were used to extinguish the blaze. Highways staff attended to clear debris on the road.
