A man has appeared at Exeter Crown Court accused of a ram raid attack on a cashpoint machine at the Trago Mills store near Newton Abbot.
Dylan Taylor, aged 33, of Litchfield Road, Torquay, denies attempting to burgle the store at Stover in the early hours of December 10 last year.
Taylor appeared by video link from Exeter Prison and his case was adjourned for a week by Judge Geoffrey Mercer, QC, so he could discuss it with his solicitor Mr Jeffrey Segan.
He was remanded in custody and will appear by video link next week.
The alleged ram raid on the ATM machine took place at 2am on Sunday, December 10, 2017, at the Coop store on the Trago Mills site.
