THE southbound carriageway of the A38 was closed this morning ( Tuesday, Dec 31) following a single vehicle road traffic collision.
Emergency services responded to the incident, believed to involve a van which had overturned, at just before 6am this morning.
The Plymouth-bound stretch of the Devon Expressway between Drumbridges and Goodstone Cross was closed for two hours while recovery and clean-up works
