A DRINK-driver caught in Kingskerswell has been banned from driving for 20 months.

Victoria Warran, aged 53, of Main Street, Bulby, pleaded guilty to driving on Torquay Road, Kingskerswell, while over the limit. She gave a reading of 75 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs.

Warran was given a 20-month ban which can be reduced by 20 weeks if she satisfactorily completes an approved course. She was also fined £120 and must pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £48 to fund victim services.
